A MAN has died after being hit by a train at a foot crossing in Great Bedwyn.
British Transport Police received a call at 10pm on Saturday (September 10) reporting a person being hit by a train at a foot crossing near the station.
Emergency services arrived at the scene and the 52-year-old man from Slough was pronounced dead at the scene. The death is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson from the British Transport Police said: "The man's next of kin have been informed and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
