The accident saw the High Street closed off from both ends for just over an hour this morning (Friday August 19)
MARLBOROUGH High Street was closed this morning after an elderly woman was hit by a car outside of Lloyds Bank.
Reports were received by Wiltshire Police after a silver Ford Ka accidentally hit the 70-year-old in the High Street at 10.14am this morning (Friday August 19).
An ambulance was at the scene but confirmed the woman sustained no serious injuries and treated her at the scene.
The road was reopened by 11.20am.
