THE FOURTH branch of the home grown fashion boutique, Luna, has just opened in the High Street.

Caroline Dallas, of Kintbury, opened the first Luna Boutique opened in the town in 2011, and in 2012 the independent ladies fashion shop opened a second branch in Hungerford. Just two years later Mrs Dallas saw the opening of the Newbury TresLuna, and now the current Marlborough store has relocated to the High Street.

Mrs Dallas, 36, said: “We started off in Marlborough and we are over the moon to be back. We are totally overwhelmed to have the support, I am really happy, it is such a good feeling to have a home grown business.”

The first Luna shop, opened in 2011, was the first time Mrs Dallas started owning and managing her own business.

“I was completely new to having my own business back then, but when you find your passion you know it, I found it and I love it. If you enjoy what you do it makes it really easy,” Mrs Dallas said.

Mrs Dallas, founder of Luna Boutique, is continuing to drive her business forward by keeping her eye on the current trends in fashion whilst maintaining her own desire for high quality yet affordable clothes for women. The original store is planned to be used as a clearance shop, selling the stock at discount prices for the people in the town.

“Marlborough is our home, we are all feeling very pleased. Starting off in the recession and carving through it, it feels good to be able to open the fourth shops in the chain. We will be closing the first shop, selling the stock for amazing bargain prices to give our local customers,” added Mrs Dallas.
