MORE cars have been broken into in Marlborough and police are reminding people to not leave valuables on display.

The incidents happened overnight last Wednesday, when two vehicles in Kelham Gardens were broken into and a small amount of cash taken from one of them.

A woman's white Carrera mountain bike was also taken from the area.

In September, 15 buildings and cars, the majority in the Kelham Gardens area, were searched and items from cash, phones and bicycles were stolen overnight.

PC Jamie Brown said: "We are appealing for any information from anyone who may have heard or seen anything suspicious in this area at this time.

"If you can help please contact me, PC 2483 Jamie Brown, on 101 or report it anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.

"Remember the important security advice at this time of year, when you might be storing valuable items in the shed or garage for the winter. Please make sure your property is not on display (through windows) and that the buildings themselves are secure."
