AUTHOR Debi Evans from Marlborough will be launching her third book in St Peter’s Church this weekend.

The Dragon’s Pram is the latest offering of Ms Evan’s fantasy adventure books called The Secret Adventures of Rolo.

She will be at the church’s cafe in Marlborough High Street on Saturday, October 3, from 10.30am to 12.30pm signing copies of all her books which will be available to purchase.

The latest instalment sees the history and nature loving rescue dog time travelling to the Iron Age and getting involved in Magna Carta, the Gunpowder Plot and chocolate factory mischief.

Local themes include the construction of Caen Hill locks and an encounter with a knight in Salisbury Cathedral.

As the title suggests, Ms Evans is returning to the theme she is best known for – dragons. She will be visiting primary schools to promote creative writing and encourage reading throughout the academic year.
