There have been several sightings of the Jack Russell close to Marlborough College since Friday
A JACK Russell dog is wandering around Marlborough after apparently being abandoned in the High Street on Friday.
The dog was seen being thrown from a moving van and there have been several sightings close to Marlborough College since then but the police have been unable to locate it.
PC David Tippetts, of Marlborough Neighbourhood Police, said: “We’re not going to be able to reunite it with its owner but if anyone sees it they should contact the dog warden.
“It’s been running around for a few days now with no food so I expect it will be quite desperate.”
