FIRE crews spent six hours tackling a house fire in Great Somerford yesterday morning, due to the old design of the property and pockets of fire within it.
Eight pumps and 32 firefighters using breathing apparatus were in attendance at the fire at 8.27am on Monday, March 26.
The fire caused extensive damage to areas of the property. An investigation is underway into the cause of the blaze.
