Malmesbury high street was bustling with crowds of shoppers for the annual Christmas event on Friday night. The event was offically underway with the arrival of Father Christmas in his sleigh parading through the high street with the Town Mayor John Gundry and Malmesbury Morris dancers. Stall holders offered mulled wine, deluxe food selections and mistletoe to welcome the festive season.
