A Malmesbury man who is accused of having heroin and crack cocaine for supply on two occasions is to face trial by judge and jury.
Kyle Brace, 20, pleaded not guilty to four counts of possessing class-A drugs with intent to supply when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court last week.
Brace, of Athelstan Road, was brought before the court in custody after failing to turn up for a hearing the week before.
He pleaded not guilty to having the heroin and crack for supply on Tuesday, January 14, and then on Thursday, February 6. Both sets of offences are said to have taken place in Chippenham.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case for a trial on Tuesday, December 2, and remanded him in custody until then.
Brace will stand trial alongside Mark Eastwood, 22, who gave the court an address in Bristol, after he denied the January allegation at an earlier hearing.
