NINE volunteers who have completed at least ten years service with a charity that works with disabled people in Wiltshire have been honoured.

Wiltshire Phab presented certificates to the stalwarts to celebrate the National Phab's diamond jubilee at a bingo night at the Wyvern Club in Devizes.

Ros Probert vice president of the Wiltshire and Swindon Phab magazine and area committee presented the awards to Bill Steele, who has completed 40 years of service and is the current Wiltshire president, Michael Braund, who has served for 40 years and was secretary of Devizes Phab for many years, a group of volunteers led by Stephen Willcox who have completed 31 years of service printing the Wiltshire Phab magazine, Tim French for 30 years service, Keevil Readers for 24 years, Glenys Nugest for 23 years, Thomas Gaiger for 21 years, Kathryn Hawke for 17 years, Robert Stevens for 11 years and Frances Alexander for 11 years.

The bingo evening raised £212.25 for Wiltshire Phab.
