PUPILS at Lavington School made raising dough a piece of cake for Red Nose day.
Youngsters from Years 7 and 8 held a great bake sale for Comic Relief and raised £672.58. Assistant head Anna Woodman said: "An impressive range of small iced cakes were made throughout the week in food lessons, with clever and imaginative decorative techniques applied with skill and precision.
"Year 7 and 8 food students donated their ingredients and created a delicious range of baked items to sell, with all proceeds going to charity. Thank you very much to everyone for their kindness and generosity with donations, purchases and support for the Red Nose fund raising events last week."
