A VILLAGE drama group will be raising money for Julia's House children's hospice when it stages The Emperor's New Clothes from today (16) until Saturday.
Seend Fawlty Players will be on stage in the Community Centre in Rusty Lane at 7.30pm today and tomorrow and 7pm on Saturday for the pantomime which will be a mixture of escapism, fun and silliness.
It will be the group's 38th pantomime and organisers say the ending has an unexpected twist. There will be a raffle each evening and interval refreshments.
Tessa Doel said: "All proceeds will be donated to Julia's House in Devizes." Tickets are available from Seend Shop, The Brewery Inn and the Community Centre and there may be tickets on the door.
