Devizes area MP Claire Perry teamed up with other female MPs at a tug of war tournament in Westminster in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Among the 12 teams competing was a team from 4th Regiment, Royal Artillery who have recently moved to Larkhill, in the Devizes Constituency and who were much more successful in the fiercely fought contest.
Mrs Perry MP said: “Whilst our team of relatively unfit Parliamentary women lost overall, we did win one bout, for the first time ever.
" It was great to meet the Gunners from 4RA and give them a warm welcome to the Constituency. I am always so pleased to support Macmillan Cancer which does such amazing work for cancer sufferers and their families.
