ASTER Communities has got permission for three three-bedroom houses on land between 18 and 19 Highfield in Bromham.
It is an outline application on access and also covers the creation of a 10-space parking area on the former garage site.
An Aster spokesman said: “We’ve yet to decide on the tenure of the homes, but do have the option to make them available for open market sale.
“If we do take up this option, we are a not-for-profit organisation, which means any income that is generated by the sale will be reinvested to enable us to create more much-needed affordable housing for the local community.”
