A Devizes man who is accused of assault and a public order offence has been released on bail by a judge.
Darren Hunn, 44, who gave the court a care of address at the town's job centre, is charged with affray on Friday, April 25.
And Hunn is also accused of common assault on James Twyford on Sunday, July 27.
No charges were formally put to him during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday and he did not enter any pleas.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Friday, November 21, and released him on bail until then.
