Sporty youngsters at All Cannings Primary School have been rewarded for their efforts.
PE teachers at the school nominated the most improved players and they received a trophy from local opticians Haine & Smith.
Haine & Smith partner Giles Smith presented the awards to Callum Dawson and Leona Adams in the under nines category, while Joe Sharpe and Fay Goodridge received the title of most improved player under 11.
All Cannings headteacher Richard Borman said: “The school continues to be renowned for its sporting success which has continued this year with us winning county finals and cluster events. It is important, however, that we recognise those children who demonstrate a positive sporting attitude and teamwork.”
