Mum Cassie Jones is getting friends and family together to help Devizes Opportunity Centre gain cash as they lose pounds.
Miss Jones, 24, of Longcroft Road, Devizes, wants to organise a sponsored slim to raise money for our Give Us A Chance campaign.
Her son Chase Topliss, who suffers from cerebral palsy, goes to the opportunity nursery and she is keen to do her bit.
Other slimmers in Devizes are already raising funds for the centre by taking part in Slim For Good with their Slimming World clubs.
Kim Heath, who runs the Slimming World Club at The Crown Centre, Devizes, on Wednesdays, said: “All our groups nationally take part in Slim For Good and this year two in Devizes have chosen to raise money for Devizes Opportunity Centre.”
Members of Sarah Hanning’s Tuesday group, which meets at Nursteed Primary School, are also joining in. Their final weigh-in will be on Tuesday and Wednesday.
