Witness plea over Corsham assault

Witnesses are being sought after a man suffered a broken ankle as he was assaulted walking home in Corsham at 11.45pm on April 20.
The attack on the 48-year-old man happened by the Springfield Sports Centre, Beechfield Road, when he became involved in an altercation with two men and a woman.
The offenders, who left the man needing hospital treatment for a broken ankle, were seen sitting in a small car in the centre’s car park before confronting the victim. They are described as white with local accents and the main offender was a stocky 5ft 4in man believed to be in his late teens.
