THE strong message of an anti-bullying campaign was captured by a police drone after pupils from The Corsham School got together to recreate it.

Hundreds of pupils gathered on the school fields last week to spell out the message 'All different, all equal' which was filmed by one of Wiltshire Police's new unmanned aerial vehicles.

"It was national anti-bullying week and the school did a number of activities to spread the message of the campaign which was all different, all equal," assistant headteacher Bob Staten said. "One of our pupils' father is Scott Bateman, the head of Wiltshire Police's special constabulary, and he offered to come in and help us with one the police drones.

"We weren't sure if it was going to work but we are really happy with how it turned out. The pupils loved it and it all came together in the end."

The footage, which shows the pupils running onto the field to spell out the slogan, was uploaded to social media and has been shared more than 100 times.

"We put the video up on our Twitter page and Anti Bullying Alliance reversed the video and put it up on their channels and it went a bit mad," Mr Staten added. "It was a great day and we will be showing the video to our younger pupils in another assembly."
