A CYCLIST was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol by air ambulance after suffering serious injuries in a Corsham collision this morning.
The incident happened at about 9am in Pickwick Road, near the Methuen Arms.
The cyclist, who is said to be a man in his 70s, was in collision with a HGV. The driver of the HGV is not believed to have been injured.
Police closed the road all morning while emergency services attended the scene. It reopened shortly before 12.30pm.
Anyone who witnessed the collision should call police on 101.
