CORSHAM’S annual summer street fair will return this month on Saturday, June 20, with a whole host of events in the High Street and Martingate Centre.

The fair kicks off at noon with a joint Armed Forces march along the High Street to the Town Hall.

There will also be more than 30 market stalls and plenty for youngsters, including - a puppet making workshop, face painting, a petting zoo and donkeys, plus entertainment on the Wadswick Green stage, outside Cafe Grounded.

From 12.45-4pm, acoustic duo - the Glowglobes and Louise Jordan, will be performing bringing a chilled out, festival vibe to the afternoon.

Local schools and community groups are also getting involved with performances from the Heywood Harmonies, Prima Dance Troupe, Corsham Wind Band and the Colerne Military Wives.

A new Poldark photo exhibition, by Andy Rose Photography, at the Tourist Information Centre and a First World War exhibition, from 1pm at the Town Hall, will also be open on the day for people to look out and there will be free parking in the town all day.
