FORMER Corsham School pupil Zoe Sugg took part in The Great Comic Relief Bake Off this week.

The 24-year-old, previously from Lacock, starred in the second episode of the series alongside Jonathan Ross, Abbey Clancy and Gok Wan. Actress Jennifer Saunders took the crown in the first episode last Wednesday.

The YouTube sensation, Zoella to her fans, has featured on Debrett’s list of the 500 most influential people in Britain.

Earlier this month she Tweeted to her thousands of followers: “I’ve kept this quiet since September. It was the best and most surreal thing ever and I’m so nervous for you all to see it.”

The series runs over four weeks, with 16 celebrities taking part altogether. Zoella’s episode aired yesterday and is available on BBC iPlayer.
