THREE Corsham pupils have beaten hundreds of others in the country to win a live cook-off competition and £10,000 worth of kitchen equipment.
As part of their prize the youngsters at St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School will also get an exclusive dance class with Diversity dance star Ashley Banjo, who was one of the judges.
On Tuesday Lilli Gibbings, Aisling Massaccesi and Joe Rudland made their way to London to cook their shortlisted dish of Bonfire Night Bangers ‘n’ Beans in the final of the Sainsbury’s Active Kids Superstar Cooks. And yesterday they learned they had won.
“The entire school is delighted – it’s a fantastic achievement and we’re all really proud,” said teaching assisant Teresa Lynch.
