Fund boosts Chippenham green group

Chippenham's Green Team - part of Friends of Bybrook Valley School PTA - has received nearly £2,000 from The Co-operative’s Community Fund.
The fund is created by members of The Co-operative Group who elect to donate all, or part, of their twice-yearly dividend payments to the scheme.
The money is then shared with local community projects and groups.
The £1,995 donation will go towards organising workshops for children.
Ellie Verrechia, from of the team, said: “We are very grateful for this award, which has helped us buy equipment to run green-focused activities, which allow us to bring environmental issues to life with the group.”
