DETAILS of Crest Nicholson's first phase of around 150 homes at the long awaited Rowden Park Garden Village will be displayed to the public next week.
The devleoper will be hosting a consultation at St Mary's Primary School from 5-8pm on Tuesday (July 18) for anyone interested in finding out more about the development, which was recently granted outline planning permission for a mixed-use urban extension.
Work on the first phase, which will form part of the 1,000 home development, is expected to begin early next year and the developer has also committed to providing a 190 acre size park alongside the new houses.
