POLICE have closed Morrisons petrol station in Chippenham after a man was allegedly stabbed with a pair of scissors in a 'road rage' fight.
Officers were called to the scene at Cepen Way North at 11.52am by staff at the location to report that two men had been involved in a punch up on the forecourt.
One man was left with a stab wound to the chest which was believed to have been done by a pair of scissors.
He was taken to the Great Western Hospital in Swindon by land ambulance.
The other male has been arrested and taken into custody.
The petrol station is currently closed and a cordon has been put in place while police carry out investigations. It is expected to reopen later this afternoon.
