AFTER an exciting year, 13-year-old singer/songwriter Izzy Felstead is performing all the tracks from her debut album at The Pilot, Bowerhill, Melksham, on Wednesday, November 19.
As the usual Open Mic slots there will be support from her inspiration, 16-year-old Melksham singer Courtney Buchanan, who is now working on her second album. Entry is free.
The launch is the culmination of a year’s work with Beanacre-based producer Mel Austin, who works with many local teenagers and organises the Pilot Music Nights for them to be able to perform publicly.
It has seen Izzy, who lives in Sutton Benger and goes to Sheldon School, reach the final of the national TeenStar competition and perform nationwide.
“The range of material is quite wide, so should appeal to a lot of people,” Mel said.
Izzy, who plays piano and guitar, will perform the entire album, either to backing tracks or live guitar/keys.
It can be ordered on 01225 705866 or email melaustin100@gmail.com
