A MAN accused of burgling a supermarket and a holiday park is to face trial by judge and jury.
Stuart Webb pleaded not guilty to raids at the Co-op in Calne and Blackland Lakes Holiday Centre when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
The 31-year-old, of Ridgemead, Calne, is said to have made off with alcohol from the Mill Street shop on September 18 last year.
He is said to have taken food and drink from the holiday park outside Calne on March 22 this year.
Webb admitted being in possession of small amounts of heroin and cocaine the day after the second alleged raid.
Judge Robert Pawson adjourned the case to September 5 and remanded Webb, who appeared in court by video link from prison, in custody until then.
