CLASSIC Ibiza's Facebook followers were given a unique opportunity this Easter to vote for their favourite dance tracks to be added to the set-list at this year's summer concert at the grounds of Bowood House.

The concert is hend in association with dance music pioneers Ministry Of Sound and promises to be Wiltshire's biggest open-air celebration of dance music in 2018.

Concert goers cast a staggering 10,403 votes for their favourite tracks, but the winning tunes are: Out of Space by The Prodigy, Hey Boy, Hey Girl by The Chemical Brothers, Free by Ulta Naté, Touch Me by Rui Da Silva ft. Cassandra, and Rhythm of the Night by Corona.

Founder and conductor of The Urban Soul Orchestra who are performing Classic Ibiza, Stephen Hussey, said: "All of the winning tracks helped to create truly incredible moments in dance music's long history. It's great to see that the Classic Ibiza audience has such great taste.

"We are really excited by the prospect of adding our unique twist to the arrangements and allowing the Bowood audience to witness the tracks that they voted for being performed by a full orchestra in this beautiful outdoor setting. It's going to be an incredible evening - roll on summer.

Performed by The Urban Soul Orchestra, DJ Goldierocks and a host of live vocalists, the Classic Ibiza set-list already includes some of the most iconic dance tunes dating back to the 90s.

The evening starts with a chill-out set where people can enjoy their picnics and a drink, or dance along as the sun fades. Then, DJ Goldierocks will turn things up in the interval, getting the crowd into the mood before the orchestra and vocalists return to bring a vibrant atmosphere.

This family-friendly concert is set in the outdoor setting of Bowood House, with easy access to transport links and free parking. Concert goers can bring their own food and drink, or take advantage of the stalls selling street-food and refreshments.

The concert is due to sell-out long in advance, so if you are planning to attend it is advised to get tickets sooner rather than later.
