PANTO season in Calne is in full swing as the towns thespians prepare to put on their performance of Robin Hood.

The Calne Players have put in months of rehearsals and have been working hard since September to put on a show fit for all ages with some great music and dance routines, and your classic pantomime comedy.

Directors Carolynn Cowdry and Alison Barrett are excited about showing off their traditional Robin Hood pantomime with a twist. But you will have to go along and watch to find out what the twist is.

Carolynn Cowdry, said: "We have been rehearsing since September and it has been a really fun time leading up to the performances.

"We can't wait for audiences to see it. Tickets are selling well and we hope to see you all there."

Robin Hood will be showing at Marden House on New Road at 7.30pm on February 14, 15, 16, and 11am and 4pm on February 17.

Tickets cost £5 for adults and £3.50 for concessions and can be bought from the Calne Information Centre, The Strand, and Expressions, Phelps Parade.
