CHERHILL Primary School’s Key Stage 2 production of Robin Hood has been called the best school production yet.

Year 5 and 6 pupils from the school in Calne performed in front of an audience of 100 at the final show last Thursday night, with parents providing positive feedback to the school.

Helen Lammin, deputy head, said: “The show went really well. The children put on a fantastic production. They had three weeks to learn the lines, stage directions and scene changes, so they learned it all very quickly. We have had lots of positive feedback from everyone who turned up. For example, one of the parent said the singing and the duets was fantastic and that it was the best production they have ever seen.”

Members of staff at the school have said how proud they are of the children and the fantastic work they did.

Mrs Lammin added: “The children were so excited, everything pulled together nicely. The scene switching was seamless, we are very proud of the children and all of the hard work they have put in to this year’s production.”
