Wiltshire beauty queen, Georgia Delaney, is set to compete for a place at the annual international pageant, Face of the Globe, in November.

The former Miss Wiltshire GB, 25, from Calne, has been selected to compete in the competition, where, if she places in the top five, she will be joining women from around the world at the finals that are to be held at Disneyland Paris next year. The beauty contestant and mother of two was a member of the 2 Royal Welsh Regiment before turning her sights onto pageantry.

Georgia said: “I’m very excited to be competing in the national finals and if I was to win, it would secure me a place at the international finals.

“Two fellow beauty queens, also my good friends, Hannah Golding and Ruth Wade, are also competing in this heat. I love entering pageants as I want to promote it more in Wiltshire, and as a positive role model for mothers.”

Face of the Globe supports the Rainbow Child Foundation, in which they donate their profits to help children worldwide; through building orphanages, water pumps, sanitation units and more.

The successful pageant event was founded by Inspirational Businesswoman of the Year, Lucie Hide, a former international beauty queen from England.
