Police carried out a drugs raid at Campion Close, Calne, this morning after gaining a warrant from magistrates.
An armed response unit, along with Calne and Chippenham police, and a dog handler forced their way into the property at 8.20am.
Residents said they saw around six to seven officers going in and out.
One neighbour said: “The noise was a bit of a shock - different neighbours were coming out and having a look.
"People have known for a long time about the activity. I hope they get them out to be honest, people in the street are decent people who don’t want this sort of thing going on.”
A 32-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of possession of class-A and class-B drugs and was in custody at Melksham police station.
