Two Marlborough schools in strike

ONLY two schools in the Marlborough area will be affected by tomorrow's strike by NUT members.

Kennet Valley School's two sites at Lockeridge and East Kennett will be closed for the day.

At St John's School and Community College there will be no lessons for the students in Years 7-10.

They have been asked to stay at home and Year 9 students have been sent revision work for their SATS tests.

Students in Years 11-13, the exam years, studying for GCSE's and A levels, will have lessons as usual.

At Pewsey Vale School and all the other primary schools it will be lessons as usual.
