THE woman who died in a crash on the A350 at Lacock on Monday has been named.
Lynette Perkins, 49, from Chippenham, died in a collision involving a Peugeot, a Volkswagen and an Iveco goods lorry. She was driving the Peugeot.
The incident happened at around 8.40pm on Monday night.
A police spokesman said: "A post mortem examination will now be carried out and a file will be prepared for H M Coroner for Wiltshire.
"Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Lynette Perkins at this very sad time."
