A scruffy bearded man attacked a woman as she walked along a footpath in the Chatsworth Road area of Swindon yesterday afternoon.
The 29-year-old woman was grabbed by the man, who was wearing a red sweater over a green hooded top, at about 4.50pm. But he ran off when another person appeared on the footpath near the Manor Farm pub.
The man is described as being in his 40s, around 5ft 8ins tall and very untidy.
