Gazette readers have sent us some stunning pictures of the violent lightning storm that battered Wiltshire on Friday.
Pete Glastonbury of Devizes said the storm knocked out the power at Devizes Town Hall where the Avebury Society was having a talk on Silbury Hill.
He rushed outside to take a picture.
Richard Lane also sent us a picture of the lightning over Derry Hill.
