An event is being held on Monday for families, carers and professionals working with disabled children.

The day, being held at the University of Bath in Swindon between 9.30am and 4pm, is being organised by the British Institute for Brain Injured Children (BIBIC) and Scope and sponsored by Withy King solicitors.

There will be a series of workshops covering a wide range of topics, including sleep management, diet and nutrition, opportunities for disabled young people, communication impairments, financial planning, birth injuries, clinical negligence, compensation support and personal injury litigation.

People are invited to attend for all or part of the day's events; lunch and refreshments are included as well as the chance to network with others in similar circumstances.

To reserve a free place at the event or to find out more about the day's programme of activities, call Katie Lonsdale on 01225 489771 or email Katie.lonsdale@withyking.co.uk
