Demand for this year's must-have culinary ingredient - goose fat - has left Highgrove Food Distrib-ution, Wootton Bassett, trying to keep up with an avalanche of orders.
Staff at the Borough Fields factory have celebrity chef Nigella Lawson to blame for their 13-hour days.
Since she hailed goose fat as the essential ingredient for the Christmas dinner, the public has been gobbling it up to create the perfect roast potatoes.
Founder and managing director Keith Collins said he hadn't seen anything like it since the "Delia effect".
"This time it's the Nigella' effect," he said. "This year it has gone absolutely ballistic."
Since Nigella appeared on the BBC's Jonathan Ross show two weeks ago, there has been a need for speed at the factory to get the orders fulfilled.
"The factory's working overtime," said Mr Collins.
