When the receptionist went to look for the bag, he then took a small amount of cash from the cash tin and left the practice. He then moved to the Haine and Smith store in Phelps Parade between 1.30-1.45pm using the same excuse but when the assistant went to look for it, he opened to till but quickly left without taking any money.

Finally he stole £250 from the till in Shirley's in the High Street at 1.45pm.
