Apprenticeship provider for the Marlborough area PDS Group has achieved a Good Ofsted rating in its most recent inspection. Young learners are helped to get into IT and business apprenticeships by the company which has been running for over 10 years.
Jenny Harman, co-founder and director of the Partnership Development Solutions (PDS) Group described the rating as a fantastic achievement and congratulated both staff members and apprentices currently fulfilling business and IT apprenticeships.
Richard Ransom, who runs the PDS business with Jenny added: “Our apprentices are fully supported throughout their programmes. They make a significant contribution within their organisations and their employers value them highly.”
The Ofsted report recognised that: “Managers and assessor-coaches develop very strong positive working relationships with the employers. Dedicated programme managers work effectively with assessors and as the main point of contact for employers. They carefully design each ap-prenticeship to ensure that it matches employers’ needs and apprentices’ job roles well.”

The report continued “Staff are well qualified, experienced and knowledgeable, especially in the occupational areas of information technology and telecommunications.”
