MANY Wiltshire residents are yet to receive their postal votes for the EU referendum.
The historic vote takes place in two days yet some have not been sent their postal ballot paper.
Wiltshire Council have issued advice to those affected and said that if people are still waiting for their postal vote, to get in touch as soon as possible.
Around 71,000 papers were sent to residents who registered for a postal vote in the first two batches – which included 63,500 to those who registered before May 10.
A Wiltshire Council spokesman added: "We are doing everything we can to make sure people can have their say at the forthcoming referendum.
"We sent out more than 70,000 postal votes on May 27 or June 7, and 6,000 on June 16 depending on when people registered.
"We can only legally issue replacement ballot papers from June16. Anyone who hasn't received theirs can call us on 0300 456 0112 and we will either send it to them first class, or they can pick it up from one of our main offices."
