WADWORTH Brewery in Devizes are hosting an open day at their award-winning visitor centre to explain what it is like to run a pub.
On Tuesday, October 6, anyone who may be considering running a pub is invited to the brewery to find out what is involved in the business.
Emma Cottam, trade marketing manager, said: “Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve decided that running a pub is a serious proposition for you, or you’re still thinking and it’s just an initial idea.
"Come along and meet the brewery staff and discuss what is involved in becoming a publican, the benefits of a Wadworth tenancy and the opportunities available to you.
“The pub trade is an exciting and interesting business, but like all businesses it has its challenges, and having a brewery with the reputation and experience of Wadworth behind you and supporting you is an enormous benefit to newcomers to the trade.
"Drop into the Wadworth visitor centre in Devizes on October 6, between 10am-5pm, and we will be delighted to answer your questions.”
