POEMS and stories by more than 100 young Marlborough writers have been published in a book.
We Are Writers is joint effort by schools in the Marlborough Education Partnership, which includes; St John’s, Baydon St Nicholas, Burbage, Easton Royal, Ogbourne St George and St Andrew, St Katharine’s, St Mary’s and St Peter’s.
The books are being sold by the participating schools and are flying off the shelves.
Burbage pupil George Cardy, 7, said: “It was exciting to see my writing in a real book. I like writing stories and I think I might like to be an author when I’m older.”
