Transmission problems persist after storm
SEVERE weather has left Calne residents without TV or radio.
The problem began at 11am this morning.
Other power problems in the town include John Bentley being plunged into darkness after a power cut hit the school this morning.
Landlord of the Kings Arm Richard Snell said: "Customers have been coming in saying they can't turn their televisions on.
"Unfortunately we haven't noticed a boost in business with bored people coming in the pub."
The problem is thought to be because of a transmitter error.

Is this the begining of the end of the world, or is it the end of the begining of life without television?
And I thought I had problems!
I don't think I will be able to sleep tonight with this on my mind.
P.S. Where is this place called Calne, is it near Cloud Cuckoo Land?
