Calne Police swooped on the flat in Colemans Farm Estate after neighbours complained of heroin addicts terrorising residents and Westlea outreach workers. No arrests were made but officers confiscated used needles and other drug paraphernalia.

But we are happy to still given then a flat at Tax payers expense and unemploymet benifit to help support their drug habbits. Kick them out on the street until they clean up their acts.

You're going to get the do-gooders after you, saying things like that! Bloody true though!

The police cant arrest you for having paraphernalia thats not illegal its just an indication they need to find something actually illegal. It is now down to the property owners to deal with any eviction but they have to prove consistent breach of tenancy before they can act it may take a good while but there cards are marked.
