Free swimming's a splash hit

Wiltshire Council's decision to provide free swimming for children up to 16 years old over the summer holidays proved a success.
Council figures show that 58,858 free sessions were taken up at Wiltshire's swimming pools over July and August this year.

Theyve spent millions on the Civic hall and have kitted out the refurbished offices with all new desks, chairs etc.
