Devizes wheelchair race funds

Devizes PHAB Club’s annual sponsored wheelchair push will set off from outside the Nursteed Centre on Saturday.
Mayor and mayoress Kelvin and Pam Nash will see off the participants at 3pm after judging the traditional fancy dress and hat competitions.
The route is via the back of Southbroom Junior School into Sarum Drive, Pans Lane, Southbroom Road and The Green, returning to the centre along Nursteed Road.
Organiser Michael Braund said: “Two circuits are walked. Wheelchairs will remain on the pavement and it is not a race but a leisurely walk.”
