New deputies for Wiltshire

Wiltshire Council has five new deputy lieutenants to stand in for Lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire, John Bush.
They are Richard Handover of Marlborough, Christopher Hoare of Potterne, Luke March of Salisbury and former Chief Constable Dame Elizabeth Neville.
