Veterans get help for stress

Home-coming service personnel are being offered a free hypnotherapy session to help them cope with their return to civilian life.

The offer has been made by Hilary Norris-Evans, who is a member of The National Council for Hypnotherapy, and works at The Well Being Centre in Chippenham and at Best Of Health in Wootton Bassett.

The sessions will help with relaxation, removing anxiety, dealing with depression, processing traumatic events, dealing with loss, re-adjustment and building self-esteem.

Mrs Norris-Evans said: “Many returning servicemen and women have shown a high rate of stress. I shall be offering a free first consultation to all servicemen and women who feel they would benefit.”
